These Terms & Conditions govern the use of websites, software, dashboards, apps, automation tools, WhatsApp automation services, lead management tools, Meta-related services, and other digital services provided by ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED.

By accessing or using our website, software, app, dashboard, or services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

1. About Our Company and Services

ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED is an educational software development and IT business solution provider company. We provide services such as institute management software, school management software, educational SaaS platforms, WhatsApp automation, lead management, website development, digital marketing support, Meta page and ads support, and related technology services.

Our app, AnsmbsEduApp, may be used by schools, institutes, colleges, coaching centers, training centers, education businesses, and authorized clients to manage inquiries, leads, admissions, student communication, fee reminders, course notifications, and support communication.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are authorized to use the service on behalf of yourself, your institution, company, organization, or business. You also agree that you will use our services only for lawful, genuine, and permitted business purposes.

3. Client Account and Responsibility

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login details, dashboard access, connected Meta assets, connected WhatsApp accounts, and any data uploaded or processed through our system.

Clients agree that they will:

  • Provide accurate business, contact, billing, and service information.
  • Use the software only for lawful and authorized purposes.
  • Not misuse our system for spam, fraud, fake leads, unlawful promotions, or misleading communication.
  • Ensure that they have proper permission or consent before contacting leads, students, parents, or customers.
  • Comply with applicable laws, Meta policies, WhatsApp policies, advertising policies, and data protection requirements.

4. Use of Meta Platform Services

Some of our services may allow clients to connect Meta pages, lead forms, ads, or business assets for lead retrieval, page support, business communication, and marketing support.

Meta permissions may be used for the following purposes:

  • pages_show_list: To display the list of pages managed by the client.
  • pages_read_engagement: To read basic page engagement and support communication workflows.
  • pages_manage_metadata: To connect pages, manage webhook setup, and configure lead notifications.
  • leads_retrieval: To retrieve leads submitted through Meta Lead Ads forms for client follow-up.

Clients must ensure that they have the right to connect the Meta assets they use with our service. We use Meta Platform Data only for the service requested by the client. Clients are responsible for ensuring their campaigns, lead forms, ads, and communication comply with Meta policies and applicable laws.

5. WhatsApp Automation Terms

Our WhatsApp automation services are provided to help clients send business communication such as inquiry replies, admission updates, fee reminders, course notifications, appointment updates, support messages, and other permitted communication.

Clients agree that they will not use WhatsApp automation for:

  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Fraudulent, misleading, illegal, or harmful communication.
  • Messages that violate WhatsApp policies or applicable laws.
  • Sending content without proper consent or lawful basis.

ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED may suspend, restrict, or discontinue service access if misuse, spam activity, policy violation, or unlawful use is detected.

6. Lead Management and Communication

Clients may use our system to manage leads from websites, landing pages, forms, Meta Lead Ads, and other approved sources. The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and consent status of the lead data.

Our system may store inquiry details, lead details, contact details, message logs, delivery status, follow-up history, and support records for service delivery and operational purposes.

7. Payments, Fees, and Service Plans

Some services may be free, trial-based, subscription-based, license-based, or custom project-based. Pricing, payment terms, renewal terms, setup charges, customization charges, and support charges may vary depending on the selected service or agreement.

Clients must make payments on time as per the selected plan or invoice. Delay or non-payment may result in service suspension, limited access, or termination of services.

8. Refund and Cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service, plan, customization, setup work, development work, or subscription used by the client.

Fees paid for custom development, setup, integration, domain/server configuration, branding, WhatsApp/API setup, third-party charges, and completed services may not be refundable once work has started or service has been delivered.

Any refund request will be reviewed by ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED based on the service type, usage, agreement, and applicable conditions.

9. Software Customization and Third-Party Services

Custom software, website development, automation, API integration, payment gateway integration, Meta integration, WhatsApp integration, hosting, and domain-related services may depend on third-party platforms.

We are not responsible for downtime, policy changes, API changes, approval delays, account restrictions, delivery failures, service limitations, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms such as Meta/Facebook, WhatsApp, hosting providers, payment gateways, domain providers, email/SMS providers, or cloud service providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, design, layouts, dashboards, workflows, documentation, branding elements, and service logic developed by ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED remain the intellectual property of ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are not allowed to copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, modify, sublicense, or misuse any part of our software or services without written permission.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

We respect user and client privacy. Our data collection, usage, storage, sharing, and deletion practices are explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited Activities

Users and clients must not use our services for:

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, network issues, third-party platform issues, security reasons, or events beyond our control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including loss of data, loss of leads, loss of revenue, account restrictions, campaign performance issues, message delivery failures, or third-party service interruptions.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, subject to applicable law and written agreement.

15. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if a client violates these Terms & Conditions, fails to make payment, misuses the system, violates platform policies, sends spam, performs unlawful activity, or creates risk for our company, users, systems, or third-party platforms.

16. Updates to Services and Terms

ANSMBS PRIVATE LIMITED may update, modify, improve, restrict, or discontinue any feature, service, plan, or pricing from time to time. We may also update these Terms & Conditions to reflect business, legal, technical, or platform policy changes.

Continued use of our services after changes means that you accept the updated Terms & Conditions.
