This Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") reflects the mutual intention and understanding of Ansmbs Private Limited, Company And The Abc Computer, Institute To Develop, Integrate, Update, Change, Modify, Maintain Data Security The Single/Franchisee/Coordinator Modal Computer Institute Software hosted at www.absinstitute.com

This MOU needs so that our clients can be assured that their data will be secured and the website will be always live. The working mechanism of your software, data details or any kind of information related to your website and software is never shared with anyone. This is our top privacy policy.

At 1st Time in Rs 5000 you will get 2000 High Priority Route Transactional OTP SMS Including API Integration Charges at All Necessary Pages Involved in Project.
After the All SMS Consumed, you have to buy again the SMS @20* Paise/SMS + 18% GST. Note : * Means Price may be vary according to SMS Quantity.

We take Server Renewal Charge Only Rs 500/Year, if there are a huge load on server above 100GB, it will be almost 1000/Year, if Above 200GB it will be almost 1500/Year, if Above 300GB it will be almost 2000/Year, And So on….

If Domain is Purchased by Ansmbs Private Limited, then it will be Actual Price as by Hosting Company of that year. And year by year price may be differ as per dollar rate.
But If Domain is Purchased by You, then There will be no Renewal Charged by Us. You have to do renew self your domain.

There will be No SSL Renewal cost Per Year, Because It will be Offered free with Domain.

Sometimes there are a lot of unnecessary & harmful files created on your server like: corrupt files, log files, malware files etc. due to these files’ software gets slow & also prevent the function to work properly so we need to delete/remove/uninstall these files time to time and here is the actual need of software Maintenance so that software work smooth & also all functions work properly.
We don’t charge for Software Maintenance, It’s free service.

In Your Software if you are Facing Any Types of Errors, General Issues, Mistakes, Wrong Entries, Any Type of Technical Issues OR Want to Make Minor Changes/Update Like Theme Colour, Background, Photo, Size Changes, Menu/Link Changes, Removal of any Features/Program, Data Reset, Delete. In All These Cases we Provide Support to Resolve these Problems. And We Charge Only 500/Yearly for Single Institute Software, 1000/Yearly for Franchisee Software, 1500/Yearly for Coordinator Software.

Time to Time you may be need to Update, Change, Integrate of New Features in your software And we can all those but it may be chargeable depending on work.

Our Software Validity is for Life Time.

As Per Your Renewal, If you don’t renew it will be expired.

As Per Your Domain Renewal Plan Because Sometimes It’s Free Offered with Domain.

We have said this earlier also that your data privacy is our first priority and policy. Therefore, you can rest assured up to 100% that your data is completely private, secured and encrypted.
We can't even login into Admin Panel from here without your permission and OTP. So your data is secured here. We never share your data with anyone.

Once the Project is Finalized there is no refund option if such happen in any circumstances then it can be refund maximum up to 25% of paid amount, if MOU is also signed then there will be no refund at any condition.

Well this agreement is for life time, but it can be broken at any time with the consent of both company and customer.
Or if the customer wants to install any other software on his domain, then in this case he can also break this MOU.
Or if the company has any bad response, bad feedback, misbehaviour from the customer's side or anything which is not legally correct then in such cases it can be also break this MOU with a short notice.
In all the conditions Refund Policy will remain same, there will be no change.

Customer can complaint against company in the following conditions only –

• When customer is not getting response from company more than 10 days (Excluding Leave)
• When the company is found breaking data privacy policy as per MOU Rules
• When the company is not providing support even after payment of yearly technical support charges
• When the software is not live by the company even after payment of Yearly Server Renewal Cost, This will be valid Until the MOU is not Terminated/expired/Broken

Well, there is not going to be any issue between us and the customer, and if any such issue happens then we will resolve it amongst ourselves.
Despite all this, if any such type of dispute arises between us which is not resolving by us, then it can be settled at the New Delhi, District Court.

This MOU is the entire agreement between the Company and Customer -

• Which shows that with mutual consent and cooperation, the relationship between the company and the customer will remain for a lifetime.
• No such thing or action or activity is going to happen from the company's side which will impact your business, whatever happens will happen with the consent of both.
• We are fully committed to provide you better service and maintain data privacy.
• Finally We hope in future never arise any disputes between us.
